sure that thumbnail is pretty weird, and i think a lot of his titles/thumbnails are very clickbaity and sensationalist. but the only power i have thats a step up from just asking him to change rhe thumbnails is sending dmca takedowns on the entire video. thats a very powerful hammer to swing (can literally wipe someones channel) that doesnt fit the 'crime' of having shock factor thumbnails and titles to get people to click.
