My punching bag no longer gives me any solid resistance ❌ I am using concrete walls from now 7 rounds✅ I felt some 'good pain' in my wrists & bones after this I feel this is hardcore & exactly what I need I am not a professional boxer⚠️ An actual pro boxer MAY still drop me⚠️ This is just a hobby, to blow off steam & also casually build strength, so easy on the phD boxing takes

I watched Hydonni’s recent videos, & I felt deep pity for her. Her parents & this country failed her. As much as everyone would like to put it all on her, imo, her parents bear greater responsibility. We seem to give too little regard to how much abuse can ruin someone’s life.
