First half thoughts: This is the slowest fucking midfield we've ever fielded and they all take 5 secs to choose a pass. Needs an Esmir for Kaye substitution early in the second half. Vrioni needs to make more forward runs to drop the line and decompress the midfield. #NERevs

@ajvsell Porter has historically favored a 4-2-3-1, so it might be your back 4, then Polster, Buck Elis, Gil, Chanc Vrioni

@Twoes Vrioni, Chanc, and Gil are all over the TAM charge and age thresholds per the U-22 Initiative rules, so we only have one U-22 spot, and that's Dylan Borrero.

Not sure exactly how we plan to do this (with its fee) with 3 DPs currently under contract, unless we are selling Vrioni and playing Chancalay at the #9. #NERevs

@DeepInTheFort The calorie intake will be my biggest issue. I work out a decent amount but I eat way more than I should. I’m also working on cutting out ultra processed food when I can.

@ccc5sports @TommyQuinlan_IV Literally nothing. He could lift it off the floor with a bit less rounding of the back, but a) that’s an easy weight even for a 5’6 guy like me to do RDLs with, so prob no risk, and b) he proceeded to do the RDLs with good form.

@TommyQuinlan_IV Apart from the running shoes and the bar pad which will decrease stability, I don't see much of an issue here. He's keep a neutral spine, no "butt wink", and a great bar path. And he has ~body weight on the bar, so not a ton. Not everyone has the ankle mobility for ass to grass
