@aybuilds @100xSchool @kirat_tw We didn't use Pub/Sub because in case of failure to publish event 1, event 2 after that gets published, event 1 is retired again, resulting in order disturbance. In redis queue or streams, the order is maintained and guaranteed.

Using Web Sockets for backend communications for centralized exchange (spot) Before vs After - Using Web Sockets instead of HTTP - No need to create different web socket for BTC USDC etc, use the same web socket, just subscribe to the asset required and unsubscribe to the rest. - Using buffer before initializing Order Book - Having an offset along with the timestamp, as two timestamps may have different order books - Using Event Streams instead of queue But why didn’t we use pub-sub instead of event stream or queue? Think about it, will post answer in evening 🎢 Super30 3.0 and 100xSchool combined class

Day 26(day before yesterday): 1/ Late post. DSA: • Started learning Heaps today. • Learnt how Binary Trees work and Complete BTs also. • Covered basics: how to implement, pros/cons, and when to actually use them (kept it simple) .
