After today’s $IREN digging, I took a closer look at $CIFR and found this. Maybe it is already known, but AWS appears to be recruiting data center and infrastructure delivery technicians in Wink, Texas, where Cipher’s Black Pearl campus is expected to begin delivering.

My senior quant just called me, out of breath, and said his models say $IREN should be worth $120-$140 today and euphoria doesn’t begin until $150-$240 this year or $300-$420 next year, in 2027 $550 is still the conservative target over 3-5 years We haven’t seen a real bubble yet

Should the previously guided ~$0.7B of ARR from the NVIDIA deployment expected in early 2027 be viewed as additive to the $4B+ YE2026 base?

12 months ago we had ~3MW of self-built AI Cloud capacity. Today: 480MW being delivered this year, $2.8bn in new contracts signed, and our 2026 ARR target raised to $4bn+ with ~85% already under contract. Demand continues to exceed everything we can build. Recent contracts include customer prepayments covering ~45% of the associated GPU capex, with weighted average contract terms of ~4 years across the portfolio. Data centers. Compute. Software. If we were actually in a euphoric AI bubble we’d see $IREN repriced to $500+ TODAY, based on its secured power’s revenue *potential* — yes in 2026. That’s what euphoria and real bubble looks like. Today’s prices tell me it’s still early days for $IREN and it’s still misunderstood; the stock is still building momentum and the business is still proving itself as both a developer of AI data centers and as a Cloud Service Provider… with the potential to be a leader in the market. The stock seems to have many years to run… and multiple periods of euphoria to look forward to… but if $IREN magically reprices to $500 in 2026… would I take profits… yes. Wake me up when the bubble accelerates 🥱 Or should I say: A C C E C E L E R E R A T E
