It all comes down to this: I won’t waste money on “The Odyssey” because I don’t see anything that interests me. I don’t like race-swapping. I don’t like feminism. I don’t like women pretending to be men to steal men’s roles. And because Nolan did all of that, now I really don’t trust him as a filmmaker. I don’t believe he intended for me to have a good time. I believe he wanted to trick me into paying for something he knew I’d hate. So I’m not gonna reward him with my cash. And on top of all that, I ESPECIALLY don’t like supporting Trump-haters. John Leguizamo said "If you follow ICE…don't come to my shows and don't watch my movies." I eagerly accept those terms.

The fact Moana used cultural consultants and a fully Polynesian cast and Hollywood bragged about it and required it for the film is a stark contrast to The Odyssey.
