@BeLiKeDime People also keep getting it twisted too the older 2ks prioritised “fun” glitchy stuff the newer 2k prioritise simulation they were too extreme last year hut this 2k is fundamentally the best 2k ever and its a shame people dont appreciate greatness till its gone

Everyone loves to claim 2K26 has no defense, but when they show you clips they are literally just playing bad defense. 🤔 Everyone loves to say “They are forcing you to jump to get a contest!” And that’s simply not true either. We all have forced misses and got good contests with hands up. I’m not saying hands up can’t use some improvements (as I’ve obviously posted about it) but let’s not act like it doesn’t work at all. Can anyone show me a real example of a well equipped defensive build getting screwed over by 2K on defense?

@BeLiKeDime Its a shame people dont complain about the real problems like the fact you need dunking to jelly or paint sensitivity you literally cannot stand anywhere in the mid paint/low post without losing the ball quick protect is also the same animation as a hesi makes 0 sense

Yo, am I doing something wrong or is this 74 Perimeter Defense penalty? I'm out here getting sprayed.😂 I think shot contest/hands up animations need an upgrade. Because its virtually nothing else I can do...(besides perfectly timing a jump I guess) I'm in front actively playing defense on both shots. If its just a low perimeter thing then ill accept it. But I'm 6'8 and cats shooting over me like I'm 6'2. #NBA2K26
