This is incredibly damning. I’d like to see Steve Bannon’s explanation for these communications. It’s looking more and more everyday like Epstein is the new Russia Collusion Hoax to attack President Trump and his administration by trying to accuse Trump of working with Epstein when it’s very clear that Trump reported Epstein and Epstein was plotting against President Trump while Epstein had Bannon working with him for image consulting to restore his image as a sex offender. There is no justification for any of this as far as I’m concerned. Steve Bannon should dedicate an entire week of episodes to explaining his communications with Jeffrey Epstein and address what is in these messages in the time leading up to Epstein’s “suicide”. It’s not going away.

HOLEE SHYT‼️ It appears Steve Bannon and Epstein were plotting to remove DOJ Protections to bring criminal Charges against Trump during his presidency Newly released Epstein files reveal a 2018 text exchange where the idea of having the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) withdraw its longstanding memo prohibiting the indictment of a sitting president is discussed. Epstein compares it directly to how Bush-era OLC memos on torture were later rescinded by Steven Bradbury in 2009, stating: "To remove the prohibition on indicting a sitting president... would be exactly the same as withdrawing the opinion on torture." Epstein jokes about "Yoo memos" (referring to John Yoo's infamous torture authorizations). Epstein pushes further, noting Rosenstein can do the same, echoing how OLC opinions on executive power in the War on Terror were overridden. This brainstorming session happened post-Bannon's White House exit after being ousted, during his feud with Trump—suggesting an effort to strip away the immunity shield from President Trump amid the Mueller investigation.
