It is heartbreaking...I always thought that doctors and nurses were there to help those in need, but it seems money is the real temptation for them in the US. I have my first aid for a reason....as part if management in retail, it is a requirement. And I have helped people on and off the clock...I could never walk away from someone in need of help, it just isn't in me to do so.
