That was one of my worst experiences. The pizza was tasteless and blend. Cheese on the pizza is some local cheese. No service was done by anyone but service charges were added and even after asking didn't remove those

@DegreesXero Worst experience at Central Plaza, Sec 53 Gurgaon Store. Ordered cold hazelnut, got cold coffee & hot hazelnut instead. Fries were cold & stale, and the pizza smelled so bad it made me and my friend vomit.
It's shocking how they are playing with people's health.

@DegreesXero your restaurant at Sector 18 noida is having shortage of Split AC which causes inadequate cooling on table front side
As well as it's mandatory to provide normal drinking water as per norms for which your staff was helpless becaz of your policy.
