Dubai might have made another massive mistake. This could end up putting civilian lives at massive risk. Iran has demanded compensation from Dubai. A letter has been sent to the UN. Iran says Dubai allowed its territory for U.S. strikes. Now UAE says they could join America to secure the Strait of Hormuz. They are also in talks with Israel to join the war against Iran. If this leads to retaliation, Dubai could end up losing lots of civilians. Dubai's missile interceptors are also running critically low. These are dangerous times.

I work in Dubai real estate there’s no 50% dip so that’s cap first off all. Not even 20%. If you have a brain cell in your head you should know all major events will be canceled. To prioritise public safety. And finally Dubai property market has 5-8x since Covid. You seem sidelined and miserable. Super markets are open until 3am malls are open businesses are running etc there is no change to normal life.
