The 28 day cycle is a textbook average, not the gold standard. A healthy cycle looks like this: - Consistent ovulation every cycle - Luteal phase of at least 12 days - Bright red blood for 3 to 5 days - No spotting before your period - No PMS that takes over your life Cycle length is downstream of when you ovulate, not the other way around. Some women ovulate on day 12. Some on day 18. Both are healthy. The actual "gold standard" for a cycle is anywhere between 24 and 32 days. And fwiw, it's still possible to get pregnant if your cycles are shorter than 24 days or longer than 32 days.

if raw kale feels like too much right now, massage it with a little olive oil and lemon until it softens, then add it to whatever you're already making. massaged kale is a completely different vegetable. so much easier on your gut than raw.
