@AlexDuncanTX “…the account of Jesus Christ being the son of God, and of dying to appease the wrath of God, and of salvation by that strange means, are all fabulous inventions, dishonorable to the wisdom and power of the Almighty” (Thomas Paine, 1795)
English

@AlexDuncanTX “… in one point, all nations… and all religions agree. All believe in a God. The things in which they disagree are the redundancies annexed to that belief; …if ever an universal religion should prevail, it will (be) in getting rid of redundancies…(Thomas Pain, 1794)
English

@MatthewMillerSC @AlexDuncanTX “…it is nevertheless true, that the age of ignorance commenced with the Christian system” (Thomas Paine, 1794)
English

@AlexDuncanTX Yup! And the same is true for those who think Jews worship the same God as Christians. It's a very special kind of stupid.
English

@AlexDuncanTX “The idea that God sent Jesus Christ to publish.., the glad tidings to all nations, from one end of the earth to the other, is consistent only with the ignorance of those who know nothing of the extent of the world, and who believed…that the earth was flat” (Thomas Paine, 1794)
English

@ANDREAKRUS73529 @AlexDuncanTX “The Jews, who had kept strictly to the belief of one God, and no more, and who had always rejected the heathen mythology, never credited the story.”…”of Jesus Christ being the Son of God.” (Thomas Paine, 1794)
English

@DeismTp @AlexDuncanTX Only for the carnal. Bible Faith rewards one who worships in Spirit and Truth. The blood of Christ. The resurrection of Jesus from the dead. These are only indicative of one faith...faith in Jesus Christ. A Muslim copied parts of The Bible and made a new book called the Quran.
English

I’m sick and disgusted by this feminized Jesus they’re pushing — some pacifist hippie who just smiles, tolerates evil, and preaches weak “peace and love.”
Jesus is the ultimate definition of what EVERY man should strive to be: bold, righteous, and fierce for justice.
He flipped tables in holy rage. He made a whip and drove out the corrupt. He called the Pharisees “brood of vipers,” “whitewashed tombs,” and sons of hell, straight to their faces, and insulted hypocrites who deserved it without apology.
No more emasculating the King of Kings. Real men follow the real Christ: unapologetic, confrontational against wickedness, standing tall for truth.
English

@ANDREAKRUS73529 @AlexDuncanTX The viewpoint of “believing before seeing” may be said for all religions. A Muslim would say the same thing. So what makes Christianity correct and others incorrect? The “belief without seeing” is an endless circle of conflicting rational.
English

@DeismTp @AlexDuncanTX Faith must believe before it sees.
Science must see before it believes.

@Danish_SMF “If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice” (Rush, 1980)
English

Atheism isn't a belief.
It's the absence of belief in gods.
Just as 'off' isn't a TV channel and 'bald' isn't a hair color, atheism isn't a religion.
It's a single answer to a single question: 'Do you believe in any gods?'
No creed, no scripture, no rituals.

@Danish_SMF Atheism is a belief, it is a type of religion.
English

@ANDREAKRUS73529 @AlexDuncanTX “When it is revealed to me, I will believe it to be revelation; but it is and cannot be incumbent upon me to believe it to be revelation before; neither is it proper that I should take the word of man as the word of God, and put it in the place of God” (Thomas Paine, 1795)
English

@DeismTp @AlexDuncanTX Unless he repented, Thomas will experience great pain when he appears at the Great White Throne Judgment following the millennial reign of Christ and His Church.
English

@AlexDuncanTX “…the christian story of God the Father putting his son to death, or employing people to do it, cannot be told by a parent to a child; … as if mankind could be improved by the example of murder…” (Thomas Paine, 1794)
English

@MelonieMac The USA is not a Christian Nation. The founder, Thomas Jefferson, wrote the Declaration of Independence. He then took scissors to the New Testament to form the Deist inspired Jefferson Bible. Of which a copy was given to each member of Congress for the next 100 years.
