@ThePRIDE2k18 Yes! That’s one of the initiatives I was talking about. Those are the types of things that have to be done to bring the people out. I’ll sure be there trying to be in that number (500) to get one!

@Dejane1978 Facts my family been supporting since I was baby. I remember the good, the bad, and the ugly. The current staff definitely has the right mindset. Like the free T-shirts tomorrow. That’s a great idea to get everyone in the same color.

@ThePRIDE2k18 Absolutely and everything is so different in college athletics with the transfer portal and NIL. It’s really hard to compete.

@Dejane1978 Maybe a decade of complete dominance in football or basketball could grow our fanbase. But how do you grow a fanbase whose team is rebuilding every few years?

@ThePRIDE2k18 Yes! I think the current athletic staff is making great strides to engage the community & restore the pride. As the mom of a player I know how much having the support of the community/fans means to them & how the negativity/ lack of support affects them too.

@Dejane1978 I definitely agree! When you see the fan bases at these other schools it only makes you wonder how cool it would be if UAPB fan base was as loyal. I do understand that these other schools have a lineage of greatness which is why the fan base is so big.
