@actualghostgirl your necklaces are always really pretty not to point out, but sometimes we do sacrifice comfort to ensure the fit is banging 😼 I know some of my rings get more in the way but look really nice at least… and I’ll keep that in mind! never really smelled fragrances from there 🫣

@actualghostgirl thank you for reassuring me, sounds like you’ve thought about it a lot to have it planned out 🫂 a recommendation is volume eating, like a big bowl of salad to accompany your meals to help make you feel fuller. or even brushing your teeth helps too with cravings. you got this 🖤

@DekuAwakens i think one meal is pretty manageable for me as long as i also snack healthily here & there (i have small mandarin oranges that keep me at bay & it's working so far, i'm able resist eating the meal till the designated time & i don't feel like dying yet) tysm for the concern tho~

i'm really going to do my best and only eat one meal a day starting TODAY 😔
