A few days ago a judge decided he knows more about children's health than Robert Kennedy Jr. and every member of the ACIP committee... And everyone at HHS, the CDC, and other.. This is a judge with no medical degree, no pediatric expertise, and a lifetime appointment... and with one ruling, he erased the most meaningful attempt to protect American children this government has ever made. Reuters called it "upending Kennedy's overhaul of childhood vaccine policies." Here's what actually happened. RFK Jr. looked at peer nations (like Denmark and Germany) with healthy kids and functioning societies, and said let's see if there's a smarter schedule. What he found was that we give 54 shots of 72 vaccine doses. Denmark gives roughly half that. And Denmark has not seen measles come back, or polio come back, or smallpox come back. None of the fear porn the American Academy of Pediatrics has been selling you has actually happened. Meanwhile we went from 12% of American children with chronic disease in the 1980s to nearly 50% today. In 48 years, we have seen the greatest collapse of children's health in the history of this country, happening in perfect parallel with a vaccine schedule that grew from 12 vaccines to 54 shots. You cannot look at the health of American children and call that program a success. You simply cannot. So what did the judge do? He said RFK Jr. didn't run it by ACIP, the advisory committee that by everyone's understanding has always been advisory only. No binding authority, just an opinion, not a mandate. At least that's what they always told us when the committee was captured... And then when Kennedy moved to satisfy that requirement, the judge said he didn't recognize the current ACIP either. There is no committee he recognizes. According to him there are no changes allowed in either direction, no new vaccines can be added, there can be no modifications for any reason, including a bioweapon attack. One judge has put the entire country in limbo to protect a rubber-stamp committee that has never once had a genuine skeptic in the room. A committee where members like Paul Offit voted to add rotavirus vaccines to the childhood schedule while personally developing a rotavirus vaccine and didn't recuse himself. That's the balance they're defending. The American Academy of Pediatrics, a trade organization funded by the pharmaceutical industry, went to court to make sure your doctor has no say in your child's vaccine schedule. They don't want pediatricians in the conversation. They want the government to decide. This is what happens when you try to clean the swamp. The swamp has judges. This case is not over. It's an injunction, not a final ruling. The Trump administration will appeal. And we will keep fighting. Because the children of this country deserve better than what 40 years of this program has given them.

Last week, the MAHA Institute brought together some of the most important voices in vaccine injury research for a full-day symposium in Washington, D.C. There are now 33 million children in the United States living with some form of chronic condition, a fourfold increase since the 1980s that tracks directly with the vaccination schedule. 23% of patients seen by one physician in that room (in response to an open-ended question about what triggered their child's deterioration) named the MMR vaccine. Scientists and doctors said plainly that vaccine injury is real, that the gaslighting is on its way out, and that the culture of denial is coming undone, not because of pediatricians, but because of parents. 91% of Americans support informed consent. 88% support the right to refuse medical treatment. 87% believe medical choice is a human right. Ten years ago you could not question vaccines without being removed from your mommy group or losing friends. I got on a tiny prop plane and went to Guernsey. They have one of the highest COVID vaccination rates in the entire world, and I had to see it for myself. 🛑NEW: EPA officials with direct ties to the agrochemical industry met privately with Bayer's CEO in June 2025 to discuss the company's litigation strategy, labeling options for glyphosate, and its Supreme Court case. The meeting memo states that Bayer would "provide a small thanks" for updating the glyphosate web page and for work on MAHA. After that meeting, three things happened. The Trump administration filed a Supreme Court brief supporting Bayer. President Trump signed an executive order declaring domestic glyphosate production a national security priority. And the EPA approved Dicamba for two more years, despite two federal court rulings finding previous approvals unlawful. The EPA officials in that room were not neutral parties. One came directly from Corteva Agriscience. Another's general counsel role was signed onto the Bayer Supreme Court brief alongside three other attorneys with direct ties to the company. A third is the former director of the American Chemistry Council, of which Bayer is a member. Bayer spends over $9 million annually lobbying state and federal governments. The revolving door between industry and the agencies meant to regulate it is not a theory. It is documented, FOIA'd, and sitting right in front of us. These numbers really hit me. 30% of the UK rejected this vaccine. This is the same number as in America, and the same number worldwide. Under the heaviest propaganda campaign in human history - under job threats, social pressure, guilt, and isolation - 30% of the world said no and held the line. We think of 30% as a small number. It isn't. There is zero apathy in that 30%. Every single one of those people made a hard, conscious, costly decision, and they made it completely alone, with no idea their neighbor was doing the exact same thing. That was the only thing that beat us. We weren't talking to each other. The employees who stood together as the 30% and said "we walk out if you force this" kept their jobs. Every one of them. Now think about the 70% who got it. How many of them actually believed in it? How many just broke under the pressure? At least half, I'd bet. Which means 50% of this world never wanted that vaccine. They didn't win because they were right. They won because they made us feel alone. You were never alone. You just didn't know it. Start talking. You are the change.

Show us the studies proving that the Hep B, DTaP, IPV, PCV, and Hib vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism. 15 injections. Show us the science. They didn't respond. We sued them in federal court. Days before the hearing, the CDC produced 20 studies. 19 had nothing to do with vaccines given in the first six months of life. The 20th was a 2012 Institute of Medicine review that canvased all available literature on DTaP and autism, and the only study it found actually showed an association between DTaP and autism. IOM threw it out because there was no unvaccinated control group. Aaron called the DOJ attorney. He asked: is your client, the CDC, sure they want to settle this case on the basis of these 20 studies as the evidence they rely on to claim vaccines don't cause autism? The answer was yes. Those 20 studies were entered into a federal court settlement agreement between the CDC and ICAN in the Southern District of New York. It is a court order. It is on record. When their backs were against the wall, they had nothing. As @AaronSiriSG told Joe Rogan: "The claims they make about vaccines versus the reality are completely different. They tell you it's thoroughly debunked, thoroughly studied. The most studied thing ever. They have a mountain of science... There's a mountain of studies. There's so many studies. They're drowning in studies that vaccines cause autism. But then when you demand it, not the bull crap that they say on TV, but you actually demand it, that's the result." "There is no evidence vaccines cause autism." You've heard it a thousand times. Said with total confidence. Said like it ends the conversation. There is no evidence period. I didn't take their word for it. I sued the CDC. I had a simple request: Show me the trials you rely on to prove that the first six vaccines given in the first six months of life don't cause autism. They sent back 20 studies. Not one of them included the Hepatitis B vaccine. Not the DTaP. Not the polio vaccine. None of the six we actually asked about. The CDC has no science showing that the vaccines we inject into newborns and infants don't cause autism. None. They don't have it because they never did the studies. What they DO have is a collection of manipulated research centered almost entirely on one vaccine, MMR. That's it. That's the foundation. One of those studies is the centerpiece of my documentary Vaxxed, and when you see what they did to that data, you will never look at this the same way again. This entire edifice is built on assumptions, wishful thinking, and relentless propaganda. And while they've been defending that propaganda, the injuries have kept coming. The science was never there. We just weren't supposed to notice.

🚨ACIP MEETING: Mark your calendars. March 18 and 19. That is when ACIP convenes for its next advisory meeting, and it is an important one. On the agenda: COVID-19 vaccine injuries, long COVID, and changes to ACIP's recommendation methodology. Votes may be scheduled on any of these topics, including potentially narrowed recommendations for the COVID-19 vaccines. This is the committee that the establishment has been fighting tooth and nail to dismantle. The one 14 state AGs just sued to have dissolved and replaced with the old guard. Now that same committee is sitting down to formally discuss the injuries the old recommendations caused. Here is what we already know going into that room: There are over 1 million adverse event reports in VAERS tied to the COVID-19 vaccines. Over 4.3 million individual side effects documented. 15,499 deaths reported. The FDA's own Dr. Vinay Prasad wrote in December that it is "horrifying to consider that US vaccine regulation may have harmed more children than we saved." A government review of 96 VAERS death reports concluded that 10 were likely or probably caused by the vaccines, and Prasad noted the actual number is higher due to conservative coding. ACIP member Dr. Robert Malone has called the underlying investigation data "politically explosive" and says he is under embargo from discussing the details publicly. Whether those details surface in March remains to be seen. Meanwhile, the long COVID question looms over all of it. The HighWire has reported extensively on research showing post-vaccine syndrome shares the same symptoms as long COVID, including Yale research finding elevated spike protein in patients more than two years after vaccination. The NIH spent over $1.6 billion studying long COVID under the Biden administration. The dollars spent studying vaccine injuries? Minimal. But, they could be one in the same. The Hepatitis B vaccine is given on Day 1 of life. The most fragile moment your child will ever be. Fresh out of the womb. You'd assume - you'd demand - that a product injected into a hours-old newborn was tested with the highest possible scientific rigor. Here's what the package insert actually says: 147 children. 5-day observation window. No placebo group. That's it. That's the study. If your baby died on day six, the trial missed it. If something went wrong on day ten, the trial missed it. The manufacturers can say "no babies died in our trial" because the trial ended before they'd ever know. Meanwhile, Grandpa's Viagra got a 10-year safety study. And here's what makes me absolutely furious: The FDA will let a Stage 4 cancer patient, someone who is dying, wait years for a drug showing real promise in trials because "safety protocol must be followed." We'll let terminal patients die in the name of scientific rigor. But a perfectly healthy baby, born to a perfectly healthy mother who just tested negative for Hepatitis B (a sexually transmitted disease) gets injected on Day 1 of life based on a 5-day study of 147 kids. No placebo. No long-term follow-up. No justification. Someone explain that to me. Because I'm still waiting for an answer.
