@Amahashi_ Ironically, the current Education Minister is a DA member who's part of the GNU. But recruitment for government employees is an operational function at provincial/regional level & doesn't even involve political heads eg Premiers & MECs. Removing the ANC would be a futile exercise

We are unemployed graduates. We don’t qualify for the R370 SRD grant because we are NSFAS-registered students. We can’t access marking jobs because we are not current students and lack the required 3 years of teaching experience. Many of us are now over 35 and no longer qualify for most internships or youth programmes. Yet we still have to pay R190 for a police clearance certificate plus SACE membership fees just to stay eligible for teaching positions. On top of that, some of us have to hide our qualifications when applying for retail or cleaning jobs to even stand a chance. And despite all of this, some of you continue to vote for and believe in the ANC??
