@emilyrlopez Hi there! Under no circumstances does Delaware North retain tips. Employees tipped by credit card receive the tips in their paychecks. We also partner with nonprofits whose volunteers operate stands to raise funds; tips paid at these stands go to the nonprofits. Best -Brittany

Last night at Progressive field we ordered some food and the employee told us that if we tip on a card it goes to the stadium, not them so we should tip cash. Can anyone confirm this or if they’ve heard this? I would like to know the truth.
