@MercedesBenzUSA purchased new vehicle on 1/31/22 that came with a 4 year warranty. Inquiring about purchasing extended warranty and MB of Plano, TX says my warranty expires on 1/10/26. My warranty should be in effect until 1/31/26. Please help!

@hertz These accounts are pretending to be customer service for you @onlineHQNews, @unitcustom1322, @customerSu63347. They called me and had ALL my rental info and credit card number. This is a security breach for your customers.

@Hertz This needs to be escalated to your cybersecurity team bc one of the pages had access to all of my rental information, credit card expiration date and last four of credit card number. How do they have access to that info if they’re not @hertz

Today, I almost got scammed by someone pretending to be @hertz. Please do not communicate with @onlineHQNews, @unitcustom1322, @customerSu63347 as they are all pretending to be @hertz. @hertz you need to warn your customers.

@Hertz I was contacted by one of these pages via phone and they had ALL of my rental information even my credit card expiration date and last four of credit card number so @Hertz must have been hacked.

@Hertz Several accounts on X are pretending to be you and are attempting to scam your customers. I was almost scammed earlier for $400 AND they had access to all of my rental information.
