This is Seth Hitch a Delmar BPA member who has been to NLC twice. His piece of advice “Always have an optimistic outlook on life no matter what life throws at you.” Seth has undergo heart surgery twice now and is a fighter. Delaware BPA is proud to have such a dedicated member.
