Taking off your shoes on a plane is bad. Walking around the plane shoeless is worse. Dropping a bottle from the top compartment on an old lady’s head is evil. Watching a movie on your phone without headphones is unforgivable. I may have found the worst flight passenger I have ever encountered.

@business The ultra-low-cost model has been getting squeezed from every angle lately. Spirit tried to go even cheaper than everyone else and it eventually caught up with them. Curious which airline ends up with most of their slots and planes.
