Diamondz 15U scored 10 runs in the 2nd inning, which helped them defeat SJ Bulls 14-0 in SJ Blue Jays Travel Baseball Organization’s Backyard Brawl. Conaty, Brady & Doogan all had RBI hits. Wigo had a double that drew in an RBI (video). Conaty threw a 3 inning perfect game for the Diamondz, 💎💎💎 & the team ran wild on the bases with 11 stolen & multiple steals from Liberty & Hefferan. 🏃 The Diamondz advanced to the chip to take on SJ Blue Jays but the game was postponed due to day light. 💎⚾️ #delcodiamondz #delcobaseball

DELCO Diamondz 15U took on Jersey Nukes in SJ Blue Jays Travel Baseball Organization Backyard Brawl. Diamondz scored six runs in the third inning, which helped them defeat Jersey Nukes 9-2. Brady had a 2 run single, Stowman singled, scoring two runs, an error scored two runs, and had a 2 run double. Starting pitcher Doogan gave up one hit and zero runs over three innings, striking out nine and walking none with Wigo behind the plate. Stowman appeared in relief. Back to back tournament wins for the 15U Diamondz! Delco Diamondz 15U is a team to watch! These boys are now 2 for 2 in tournament wins at the start of their season. Sunday evening brought a rematch in the championship game against #1 seed Mid Atlantic Hurricanes. The Diamondz came away on top with a 5-2 win leaving the Hurricanes stunned. The game was scoreless through 4 innings until back to back doubles from Jackson Burger and Justin DiSantis scored 3 runs in the 5th. The Hurricanes answered with 2 runs in the 6th inning. But the Diamondz added 2 insurance runs in the 7th off a fly ball from Aidin Curran. Roman Notaro led the Diamondz to victory with a stellar performance on the mound. Notaro surrendered just two runs on six hits over six innings. Austin Conaty threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen for the save. The Diamondz bats were lighting up with a hit each from Donny Rieck, Nick Schmitt and John Matthews. Burger lead with 3 hits, DiSantis and Curran both had 2 hits. The Diamondz 15U will be back at it again next weekend in Chester County looking to do it all again. #DELCODiamondz 💎⚾️

Delco Diamondz 13U took the lead late and defeated Caln A’s 13-8 in Level Up’s School’s Out Tournament’s semi-final. The game was tied at eight with Diamondz batting in the bottom of the fifth when Tommy B doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs. Both offenses were strong at the plate as Diamondz collected 11 hits. Diamondz captured the lead in the first inning. Nate B grounded out, scoring two runs. Nolan D was on the hill for Diamondz. The lefty lasted three and a third innings, allowing four hits and seven runs while striking out four. Diamondz tallied 11 hits on the day. Tommy, Will B, and Colin B all managed multiple hits for Diamondz Tommy went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Diamondz in hits. Diamondz tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Colin led the way with three. Diamondz will take Cannoneers in the championship next. 💎⚾️ #delcodiamondz

What a game under the lights at MSI for the Delco Diamondz 15U! Two Diamondz pitchers teamed up in a shutout victory against TriState Arsenal to win the championship game Sunday night. Starting pitcher Jackson Burger allowed 2 hits and zero runs over 5 innings with 7 K's. Aidin Curran entered from the bullpen to pitch 2 strong innings to finish off the game and earn a 2-0 win. Together the pitching duo struck out 10 over 7 innings. The only scoring came in the bottom of the 6th when Nick Schmitt led off with a single. Jay Campuzano was hit by a pitch to put runners on 1st and 2nd. John Matthews put down a sac bunt to advance the runners to 2nd and 3rd with one out. Austin Conaty came to the plate with 2 outs. It was his night as the birthday boy hit a line drive triple to left field to score 2 runs. Grogan led the team with a pair of hits. The defense was stellar again, not committing a single error. It was a great team effort by the Diamondz who are now 4-0 on the season. 💎⚾️ #delcodiamondz

Conaty allowed five hits and two runs, striking out one over four innings. Roman Notaro and Jackson Burger entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Delco Diamondz 15U continued the wins on Saturday by defeating Tristate arsenal 4-3. The Diamondz took a 3-0 lead in the 4th but Arsenal responded by scoring 3 in the 5th to tie it up. Aidin Curran singled in the top of the 6th to score one run and give the lead back to the Diamondz. Aidin Curran, Jack Quinn, John Matthews, and Jackson Burger each collected one hit to lead Delco Diamondz 15U. On the bump, Jackson started the game for 2 innings, Quinn threw 3 and Curren got the last 3 outs to earn the save. The boys earned a 1 seed moving into Sunday’s games #delcodiamondz
