It's amazing how a cop could be so wrong, but still try to double down.
This officer pulled this guy over claiming he could not see his plate. The driver confused about why, goes out there to look. Listen to what the officer says. But then has the nerve to try and double down to turn it into a full traffic stop.
Get a dash cam if you don't have one folks. You never know when it will be of use.

The law says he must present his ID and technically he is presenting it.
Does that mean he needed to hand it to the officer or was he legal in what he did?
