THIS IS ABSURD… In 2016, the #Raiders set an #NFL record 23 PENALTIES in just one game against the #Bucaneers.  The Raiders and Derek Carr ended up winning the game 30 to 24 in OT, with the team having 6 penalties in overtime alone.  Carr ended up still passing for 513 yards, overcoming over 200 yards taken away from penalties.
