Emails, health records, financial documents — consumers seem to have no problem giving LLMs access to their personal data. Enterprises aren’t as carefree about their proprietary information. Pricing models are being upended across the enterprise. Now, they're less about straight monetization potential and more about getting creative to drive adoption and growth. The logistics industry is very communication-heavy. Between the trucking company, brokers, forwarders, and other partners involved in shipments, there are sometimes hundreds of emails that must be monitored for a single shipment. For operators, their inbox is the source of most of their frustration. It’s Monday, and it’s time for a DTC Quick Take — though there was nothing quick about the @Akka_io_ journey. For 20 years, Akka was unknowingly waiting for its breakout moment: the AI revolution. We talked to CEO Tyler Jewell about why AI is Akka’s time.
