Despite it being vacation season, we had 20+ guys make the trip. That alone says a lot about this group. We focused on learning how we play together, seeing where guys fit, and giving everyone a shot. Final score: 6–2 win. But the other team was a lot tougher than the score showed.

Started 27 games and has 7 clean sheets with a save percentage of 69%. Cesena have also qualified for the Serie A promotion playoffs by finishing 7th in the Serie B table. Does Jonathan Klinsmann deserve a USMNT call up for the 2025 Gold Cup? 🤔 Discuss ⬇️

We joined a summer adult league to get some chemistry together before our first season in the APSL semi-pro league. It's a pretty tough league with a lot of current and former college players. We got the win last night in our first game, it was 5-4 over the team that won the league last year!

It's simply this: MLS is a product, and as a product, it lacks a lot of things many fans want to see. It's not bad, it's just not what it could be, and the way it's structured, it's unlikely to become anything else. If you love MLS, go love MLS, you're allowed to enjoy it for what it is. But if you're a soccer fan who wants to see the sport played in America the way it's played in other places, you're allowed to be disappointed that MLS isn't that, and you can want MLS to become like that because it's the biggest league in the US. And you can even enjoy both, but still have opinions. But if you go to YouTube to watch American soccer content creators who don't prefer the way MLS is run as a product, don't watch those guys, they don't exist to analyze a match between the LA Galaxy and Charlotte FC. If you want that, there are channels for that. The great thing about America and YouTube, and the Internet, there's a space for everyone.

Been dipping into American Soccer You Tube recently. Disappointing. Way too much of: WHY AMERICAN SOCCER/MLS/USMNT SUCKS AND ALWAYS WILL DO UNTIL THEY DO THINGS MY WAY. Less hot-takes, more analysis perhaps?

@DMVSoccerDotNet Something one of my coaching friends says about many refs, they major on the minors and minor on the majors. And I say that a ref myself but it can often be true.

I’m at a top tier youth tourney, yesterday they almost cancelled our match bc we had on navy socks and the other team had on black socks. Subs not wearing pinnies? Blasphemy. These things drive me nuts.
