I think that putting RWBY back on youtube, maybe even making a little event out of the upload of each volume or episode, would genuinely just explode it in popularity. It wouldnt matter how inconsistent the writing is, itd be so easy to access you might as well watch it.

Everyone likes to point fingers at just the writing in RWBY as to why it slumped in popularity and killed RT but a big factor imo was taking it off YouTube, effectively abandoning its casual audience for a handful of diehards that would only dwindle with said questionable writing

@DelphaDesign Very true! Plus if you use Portmaster, there's an android app called Starboard now that lets you play Portmaster games on Android, so that could be the way to go too!

Due to difficulties with the port, and upcoming shift in requirements from the play store, a mobile port of HoV is not possible.
Instead, looking to try building a web port of the game with touch screen options, which should be accessible to mobile devices.

@XolotlVtuber Thanks, I haven't heard of that before. I'll have to check it out!
If I do an HTML 5 port I can also use something like Ionic to pack it as a mobile app, plus I can pack it with something called Portmaster to play on Linux devices like my Ambernic handheld.
