@dthinks_ @KristyT I certainly mention my age frequently and as D said we have mentioned age and ageism in passing, but we aren't usually going into that topic in more depth.

If any of you design podcast people need a topic maybe spotlighting design ICs over 40 years old would be a great theme. Seems like people need to see/hear from them as a viable path and inspiration against ageism/managementism.

@dthinks_ @KristyT Hi! Not only do we regularly have guests over 40, I'm the hostess and I'm 50. We don't often discuss age or ageism outside of that 1 episode. We're mostly live streams on teaching CX/UX research & design, and improving critical thinking.
