@aderemilekun_ The point of laundering money is so as to mix it with clean money (legitimate money) so if tolu used only the stolen money to buy the pens it means the money is still dirty. Some of you will just go to prison because u think you're wise

- Tolu stole N5,000 from her parents but she couldn’t just start spending it freely in school without teachers or classmates asking where she got the money from. - So, on her way to school she bought pens and started selling them to her classmates. - Now, the money appears legitimate because everyone believes Tolu is making money from selling pens. She can now buy food and snacks without suspicion.

@ChisomAgbafor One thing you will do for yourself as a young guy or girl in Nigeria if you are serious about success, is to cut off everything and everybody that will mount this pressure on you, while you quietly and gradually grow and build yourself

One thing I noticed after meeting people from different countries is that Nigerians are raised with an insane amount of pressure attached to success. Everything is urgency. Make money quickly. Blow quickly. Figure life out quickly. Help your family quickly. Get married quickly. Buy house quickly. You people don’t even realize how much anxiety that kind of environment creates until you leave it for a while and suddenly meet people who are actually allowed to grow at a normal human pace.
