The REmakes tend to take a few different approaches with the characters A) mostly unchanged (Leon, Ada) B) slightly different (Jill, Claire) C) completely redesigned (Carlos) Which has got me thinking, which approach would you want them to take for each RE5/6 character?

You’re telling me one of the region’s strongest trainers only has mid-40s Pokémon… when the Elite Four is sitting at Lv 60+? • Larry: In Scarlet/Violet, Larry is BOTH a Gym Leader and an Elite Four member. As a Gym Leader he uses a pathetically weak Normal-type team. At the Elite Four he switches to a high-level Flying-type team. Same man. Two completely different power levels depending on his shift for the day. The game literally shows you he’s holding back. • The Confession: In Black 2 & White 2, Cheren (the first Gym Leader) straight-up says the Gym Leader job is tough because “If I had my usual partners…” - admitting he can’t use his real competitive team against new trainers. • The System: They stand in a building waiting for kids to walk in, use mono-type teams that are easy to counter. • The Real Challenge: Notice the Champion is the only fight with a full balanced multi-type team. Everything before that was staged. Every badge you earned was handed to you. The system was designed so you’d pass. You weren’t being tested - you were being trained. Does this change how you see every Gym battle?

@DemDominos I know... their fanaticism blinds them, and I can assure you they think the game sells because of Ada. Ada alone can't carry a game. Not on the level of Chris, or Leon, or even Jill or Claire who did have their own games.

Similar to Hunk, sporadic appearances, and only limited to if Leon appears in the game; she doesn't appear on her own.

@lightning_kf Resident Evil games are so frequently in bundles and or on sale that if you buy them at the right time you can get all the games up to and including 6 for probably $50 or less and you can get 7 and 8 bundled which also goes on sale alot for like $20-30

It's missing the original trilogy. Still, all of these tourists in the Resident Evil fandom were exposed and now Steam are releasing the games extremely cheap on Steam for sale. They're still not gonna buy and play them.
