When you have nothing else to see only the snyderverse how is it not mainline continuity? Don’t forget that superhero’s are meant for every single age. Ofcourse something new will bring new people and a lot of sales because it’s NEW Batman #1 was selling like crazy too the absolute universe is something more adult comic book readers can read but with having the mainline in the background + making superman/batman killer and batman USING GUNS like there is not 80years of history justifying why he doesn’t use guns and defending that and saying that you like the characters is actually criminal
