@killbill_kensie @lootbloc For perks, we rebalanced them by increasing the level requirement but decreasing the price.
For equipment and job sites, we adjusted the level requirement to reduce the number of multi-level gaps in unlocking items.

@DemonologySoln @lootbloc can yall stop upping the levels needed to use things? i was able to use multiple perks and devices and they were taken away from me bc i wasnt leveled up yet, but i could use it the day before.

A band of conniving, radioactive squirrels broke into our server room and destroyed our crucial infrastructure.
Luckily, our server admin Dave (with new sets of green glowing scratches) straightened the hardened criminals out and got us back online!
