Hello everyone. Yes, the LAN is cancelled. It hurts us to say it as much as it must hurt you to read it. The project had been brewing for a while now and we decided to partner with LegendBonobo, who is a trusted LAN organiser, to create together what we wanted to be a big event linking people from different parts of the world through Hearthstone. Unfortunately, since we are new as an org and as organisers of tournaments, we made mistakes, especially communicating with LegendBonobo, that made the situation impossible to resolve correctly. So we took the harsh decision to cancel it, instead of creating an underwhelming and unfinished event. We know you put your trust in us, and for that we will never thank you enough. We also partnered with LegendBonobo, who also put his trust in us and his reputation on the line and for that we want to thank you and apologize personnaly. We are deeply sorry it didn't work out as we expected and we can only promise we are learning from our mistakes to do better next time. Now concerning refunding your costs : @LegendBonobo will take care of the ticket's refund. Check your mail starting next week to get your refund. Concerning your costs for accomodation and transport, please get them refunded IF you can. And in the case you can't we are working on a solution internally to get you your money back. It is our responsibility the LAN is cancelled and we have to act like it. And lastly, for the future of this org. We are working hard every day to try and create events in this game we all love Hearthstone. Our organisation came together on the common vision that this game could have many more events for the community and that it was also a mean to unite and link players from different places. We will keep trying our best to try and bring life to the HS community. We are making mistakes yes, but we are also learning from them to make our org even better. Thanks to everyone who join us weekly and participate in our community, you are truly appreciated. Stay tuned for more info on refunds ♥️
