@DemsAgainstJews @RichardBSpencer Because none of those groups are genetically Arab. Mizrahi share less genetically overlap with Arabs than they do Ashkenazi or Sephardi jews. That's why the genetic term "Jew" is useful.

If you don't have rabbinic documentation of jewish heritage, you submit a blood test as supporting evidence of ancestry. This is only possible if there are distinct "Jewish" genes, which there are.
