Hey Americans. Cut the crap about Canada as "51st State". Here are some basic facts: 1) Canada as a whole is significantly larger than the USA; 2) Fully SEVEN of the top ten largest North American states or provinces are Canadian; 3) We're not bloody interested. Not ever.
