It’s Friday. What a week. Very tired but a run will energise me. I hope.

A Sunday full of football. Refereed an U12 game this morning before running up and down the line for my son’s team. Dan scored a wonder goal to put Magna 2-0 ahead (finished 3-0). He said it was a cross so I need to teach how those crosses are always a shot if asked.
