I’ve been trying to keep up positive vibes on this journey but the truth is like many others I struggle with depression. It feels like I’m in an ocean with no land in sight and eventually you run out of the will to swim. Today I’m inhaling more water than air trying.

Just stepped out of the shower and I felt like sharing, how is this for someone who’s only ever been to a gym for the last 3 months? Be so honest I’m trying my best 💪

I’ve been working a lot on my arms lately and I’ve been trying to get my triceps to pop a little more. Crazy how I went from 250lbs not seeing any definition to now visually seeing where the muscle is. It’s not as crazy as others out there but it’s at least finally popping a bit

@Esmontage8 Plus it’s like walking past a garden, just cause you can’t pick the flowers doesn’t mean you can’t walk by and admire them just the way they are ☺️

@Denisjetson Agreed! I support those who are focused on one goal or goals and I could care less about what your sexual orientation is, you still have a supporting system behind you.

One of the hardest parts of my journey is working all of these hours, spending countless hours at the gym, sharing my story and knowing that 99% of the attention I’ll get leads to someone sending me their link. Not a lot of “genuine” female attention which kinda stings these days

@Esmontage8 Exactly! I’m not against one thing or another. Just because I am not that way myself doesn’t mean I can’t support others choices as long as it’s saving and supportive ☺️

@Denisjetson Been there done it. What matters is you have someone there that will acknowledge and encourage you whether it’s male or female.
