At some point, you realize something nobody really says out loud in Web3, “ATTENTION IS THE REAL CURRENCY ” Not just tokens. Not just airdrops. Not even skill, sometimes. It’s “ATTENTION” Because it doesn’t matter how good you are, if nobody knows you exist, it’s of no use. You can be consistent, you can be talented, you can even be doing the right things. But if you’re invisible, opportunities will pass you by like you were never there. And the crazy part is that you’ll see people who aren’t even as skilled as you getting opportunities, collaborations, even paid roles. Not because they’re better, but because they’re seen. They show up. They speak. They share their thoughts. They position themselves in a way that people can’t ignore. Meanwhile, a lot of people are working quietly, waiting to be “DISCOVERED .” But Web3 doesn’t really work like that, I guess. You don’t get rewarded for being hidden. You get rewarded for being visible and valuable. That’s why building in public matters That’s why sharing your journey matters That’s why even small posts can open big doors. Because once people start to notice you, opportunities don’t just find you, They start looking for you. So if you’ve been doing everything right but still feel “STUCK” just remember you’re not alone, I’m also stuck too. Maybe it’s not that you’re not good enough.
