Is there any worse dental insurance company out there than @dentaquest? The switch by @ucaremn away from Delta Dental is an absolute disaster, with DentaQuest seemingly denying any and all claims. If you're thinking of renewing with UCare you better start shopping around.

@DentaQuest we signed up for coverage on Dec. 15th attempted to verify coverage almost weekly in Jan. … several attempts resulted in unable to get thru and over 2 hrs hold to only be met with no resolution. We now made pmts for two months with no coverages & no online access!?!?
