Press Release: Suspect Arrested for Investigation of First-Degree Murder Related to Deadly Assault at 1300 Larimer Street

ALERT: #DPD is investigating a reported assault resulting in a homicide near N. Speer Blvd. & Larimer St. at approximately 6:30pm. Adult male victim was transported to the hospital and has been pronounced deceased. Adult male suspect in custody. Circumstances under investigation.

Upon further investigation it was determined that the victim was struck by their own vehicle after exiting to check on a mechanical issue.
