Visited Devon ACF this weekend who were delivering a Red Star Cadre for their senior cadets. The programme covered many aspects of leadership-Self Awareness, Language of Leaders, understanding feelings and effective communication. Great to see our cadets being taken to new levels

As the ACF Conf 23 moves towards an end, @ArmyCadetsNTA shares the direction of travel regards CFAV induction and training. A quicker and more flexible process to allow CFAV’s to attend a detachment and become qualified is the intent. The initiative is nearing completion.👀
