I can honestly say that colour has never been a factor when choosing my running shoes. Probably due to the fact I’m a size 13, so never had much choice. That, and my Mum wouldn’t even entertain such trivialities when I was growing up.

With all this rain, I’m sure the local council will have ensured all the public drains in key areas are clear and functioning. Nothing to worry about…….

Be more tolerant. The world seems full of people who are so eager to take offence at people’s actions or words. Try giving people the benefit of the doubt and remembering that in the grand scheme of things , most people are pretty nice. Save your energy for the real challenges!
