Investigating a novel “Trojan Horse” antibiotic, Eric Brown & Lori Burrows will characterize MLEB-22043’s mode of action and determine how bacteria may develop resistance. This funding supports the development of MLEB-22043 and informs the design of future antibacterial drugs.
