Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. In fact as a leader, seek their input and feedback if you want to build a highly effective school culture.

I think it says a lot when HS coaches don’t post their team rosters in the local paper. It’s kinda lazy.

@cbrazas We collect our students’ phones when they come in the building. We put them in the envelopes that have bubble wrap in them. They go in the bin with their last period teacher’s name. Kids get them back at the end of the day.
