Kentucky falls 8-5 to Vanderbilt in the SEC Tournament. The Cats likely would've been a lock with a win today. Some publications still believe UK is in based on 13 SEC wins and an RPI in the mid-30s, but we'll see on Monday if the Cats have done enough.

Big freshman mistake from Owen Jenkins. He had little chance to throw out the runner at third to begin with, but an off-balance throw goes into the outfield to allow a run to score. Good effort by Tyler Bell to get to it and try to make a play.

Alex Kranzler is dominating Kentucky's lineup. He's retired all 10 batters he's faced with four strikeouts.

Jelkin retired the first two batters in the 6th, but Vandy started a rally with a two-out walk. Four straight grounders made it through the infield to tie it at 4-4 and chase Jelkin from the game after 100 pitches. Kentucky will need its bullpen to step up in a brand new game.
