I'm not saying you are wrong... HOWEVER, I think MOST PC players just use Steam. If you buy from EA, UBISOFT, or *insert main stream greedy company* you have to use their bullshit launcher. Then you have to try to remember your password for it to play that game. Which then you have to recover that password. The recovery link is sent to your junk mail email that you never use. So, then you have to remember that password. It's a lot of hoops for a game made by a company wanting to steal your data and upsell you on crap that should have been in the base game.
