@Dermstore I just wanted to come on here and report your poor costumer service. I have returned a package over 6 weeks ago and am being dragged by your customer service reps like a rag doll re my refund. It is 150$ refund and at this point it seems I will never see it

@SmajisS @Dermstore Same here. The incompetency is truly astounding. @Dermstore sent me a email confirming the receipt of my returned items a month ago. Followed up with them and Customer Service said they can’t find it in the warehouse and asked me to send proof of postage twice.

@Dermstore terrible customer service. Put an order on the 29 May and to date keeps saying processing and I need it by latest tomorrow. All attempts to communicate with them are futile as nobody has any information.

I have been trying to get a refund from @Dermstore for WEEKS now with no luck. It keeps getting sent to “customer relations” even though my tracking number shows it was delivered to them on May 4th. It’s for a $126 product so I’m starting to get frustrated…@Dermstore what gives?

If you want to spend good money on products you will never receive due to the incompetence of their delivery carrier (recipient of negative reviews across many vendors/platforms), then by all means order from @Dermstore & wait to hear that, as usual, @pandionpro 'lost it.' 🤬🤬🤬

@Dermstore steals your money. I have a gift card that you cannot use online and have been trying for two weeks to transfer that money into a credit that can be applied to a purchase. Every time I call “your credit will be in your account in 1-3 days” Nothing in my account
