Appreciation of OPay by customers and agents on the quick resolution of issues regarding the alleged fraudulent activities on some OPay agent accounts in 2021 as broadcast by TVC. Some scammers contacted customers to release their OTP details which enabled them to transfer their funds. OPay acted swiftly to help customers recover the lost funds and the video was broadcast by TVC to appreciate OPay's efforts in 2021.
