@LukaDerg @Shell They told me I need to pay for what I used and nothing came out of the pump. The clerk told me basically to fly a kite

@DerrTheDeerFox @Shell Heya just walk into the gas station and speak to the clerk and show the charge on ur phone / receipt If it was prepaid, sometimes refunds take up to 30 days
