Injuring the tendon in my right knee on Saturday may as well be the end of my life. I’m so miserable hobbling around and taking stairs so slowly 😖 6-8 weeks recovery sucks!

@niallhayward Nah, they advised not to strap it else the fluid would be forced to the knee and put unnecessary pressure on it. Lots of rest and ice... can’t afford to rest at the mo 😂

@Derry_Holt As a fellow member of the recovering knee crew you have my sympathy. They give you one of the big leg strap support things?
